Get sizeable okra pods. Wash them and cut off their ends. The sticky liquid will ooze out, once you slit the pods. Do not wash them. Take a glass cup full of water and pour it inside at night. Cover it to prevent contamination. In the morning take out the sliced pods and drink the water in the glass cup. You’ll need to do this daily and drink in the morning to regulate your blood glucose levels. NOTE: Raw okra are better than cooked ones.
