I think the bus situation is the same as in my country. There's always a conductor shouting "always, pay your money" or ready to knock someone down. I can say it is relatable since I live in a developing country myself.

Sorry about the stress you had to go through then... On the bright side, it's an experience you are sharing with the rest of the world.
